At first you should actually have a team to practice your teamwork but if you want to train alone you should practice together with friends or a trainer. I am a professional soccer player and when i was a kid i never had soccer practice or a trainer. All i had was a TV to watch FIFA and my 8 year old neighbor who loved to play with me. I was 10 that time so all we did was passing dribbling and play for fun and try to follow what the soccer players did in the TV. But today im 15 and i have soccer practice and i learn the following to become really good:
-Conditioning
-Dribbling
-Crossing
-Passing
-Shooting
-Receiving high balls
-Teamwork
-Bicycle kick
-Side kick
-Header
And many other skills i need to improve. But most important is that you should always have a warm up training before anything else because you should stretch your muscles or else you might just injure yourself. One more important thing is that you should always have something to protect your shin. Just keep on practicing and join tournament because in tournaments you gain allot of experience no matter if you win or lose you learn from your mistakes. And the earlier you start the faster you actually learn.

Depends which position you play. If you are a goalkeeper you should practice catching a driving saves, and catching/punching crosses and even penalties. You should also practice throwing the ball out, kicking from your hands and goal kicks. If you are a defender you would practice safe tackles, headers and kicking the ball up field, as well as your passing. Midfielders would practice crosses, dribbling, ball control, shots on goal and passing. Strikers would do the same, with more emphasis on ball control, headers and shots on target.
