Whichever is your front leg standing in the batters box, raising your foot/leg and "stepping in the bucket" as you swing at the pitch will generate more power. You also want to swing with your hips in motion. Get your body into the pitch, you don't want to swing with just your arms.
Using a heavier bat will also increase power but you need strong wrists. Work out your wrists to increase strength. It's all about bat speed.
