you need to kick the ball with ur laces...if that makes any sense ..? first get ur stride right then approach the ball, and kinda drag ur foot begind u and make it point kinda like a ballerina. and hit the ball in the chin, and follow through, srry if this didnt make sense but thaz how i learned and it workz amazningly for me, just keep praticing :P
