the ball gets passed down the court by various player and is passed to either the Goal Attack (GA) or Goal Shoot (GS) who are in the 'D'. they can then throw the ball through the net and score 1 point everytime the ball goes through. after it has gone through it is then taken back to the centre for a centre pass.
In Netball you can shoot a goal from anywhere inside the shooting semi circle, but only Goal Shooter and Goal Attack can shoot the goals. Step 1: Once the ball is passed to you in the semi circle get ready to shoot your goal, by facing the goal post and placing your feet shoulder width apart, this will help you balance. Step 2: Hold the ball in your preferred hand and use your non preferred hand to steady it. If you are right handed hold it in your right hand and use your left hand to steady the ball. If you are left handed you obviously would do the opposite by holding the ball in your left hand and using your right hand to steady the ball. Your grip on the ball should be quite light. Step 3:Stretch your arms above your head with your wrist of your preferred hand, facing the goal ring. Step 4: Aim either to the back of the ring or just above it-you do this because the shot is usually short so it still should fall in. your focus should always be on the ring. Step 5:Bend your knees and move your arms back, straighten your legs, when your arms are moving forward release the ball-but only move your arms as little as possible. To add spin flick your wrists, this will give you more of a chance to get it in. Step 6: If the ball does not go in the ring, run in and try to get the rebound. If you succeed follow these 6 easy steps again.
there are many ways in which you can score a hoop in net ball but there is a way i find most affective. # the most affective way for me is to aim for the back of the hoop where the pole met the back of the hoop. to do this you... * hold the ball above your head and rest it in your hands * now make a triangle with both your hands and make sure the back of the hoop is in the triangle * bend your knees and shoot.
The Goal Attack (GA) or Goal Shooter (GS) are the only two positions that are allowed to try and shoot for a goal. To make a goal in netball, you must be within the semi-circle of your teams goal. Remember if you throw the ball, and it does not make it in the hoop, you are only allowed to catch it if it hits the rim of the hoop always it would be called a replay ball.
Hope this helped :)

When either the GA (goal attack) or GS (goal shooter) throw the netball up into the hoop in the goal circle. The goal circles are at each end of a netball court. The only players allowed in a circle is the GA, GS, GD (goal defence from opposing team) and GK (goal keeper also from the opposing team.
the netball goal is 60cm wide
In order to win the game you will have to work together as team and score into the net. It could only be scored by a Goal Shooter.
you can score a goal in netball when either goal attack or goal defence shoots the netball into the hoop.
Goal Attack and Goal Shooter
there is no limit in the number of passes that are to be made before a goal
