Frank Reich wore number 14. He was the back-up quarterback for the Buffalo Bills in the early 90's. His biggest claim to fame was engineering the biggest comeback in NFL history. In 1993, Reich led the Bills on a 35-3 run in the second half and overtime against the Houston Oilers en route to a 41-38 victory. Reich accomplished a similar feat in college for Maryland.
The current Bills backup, Ryan Fitzpatrick also wears number 14.
