On-Base plus Slugging percentage. On-Base percentage is the hits+walks/plate appearances (note that reaching on an error does not count towards OBP) Slugging percentage is total bases on hits / at-bats (which means walks and sacrifices don't count towards slugging) OPS is simply adding those two numbers together.

Before MW3 came out, when black-ops was at its peak. Approximately 4.5 million would play black ops each day. This is between consoles, so it includes the xbox count, ps3 count, wii count, as well as the PC count.. Also, keep in mind that the "current online players" isn't reliable to do this. Due to the fact that people log out and new players log in constantly.
On base percentage Plus Slugging percentage.
All game types count for online if that's what you're asking. Spec ops and campaign does not however.
