On-Base plus Slugging percentage.
On-Base percentage is the hits+walks/plate appearances (note that reaching on an error does not count towards OBP)
Slugging percentage is total bases on hits / at-bats (which means walks and sacrifices don't count towards slugging)
OPS is simply adding those two numbers together.
There is no such stat. If you're seeing it on a stat sheet, it may refer to some kind of "total."
In baseball, it is the person who keeps the game statistics, such as at bats, hits, runs, errors, OBP, OPS, etc.

There is no stat concerning OWAR in baseball. You can check the Baseball Almanac for assurance.
