How can I improve my hand-eye coordination with the bounce back ball?

To improve hand-eye coordination with a bounce back ball, practice throwing the ball against a wall and catching it with one hand. Start with a slow and controlled throw, then gradually increase the speed and difficulty. Focus on tracking the ball with your eyes and reacting quickly to catch it. Regular practice will help improve your hand-eye coordination over time.

How is volley ball played?

you have six people on the court, and you have three chances to get the ball on the opponments side Well yes, but there are also other penalties and it depends on what version that you play. For example you could be playing a regular game and you could play that you can only score when you are serving. Most terniment teams play that whenever the ball hits the floor one of the two teams gets the point. Where as if you are playing on a higher up in the rankings then sometimes college Varsity teams play that you can only score when your team is the one who served the ball in the first place There is also lifts, carries, foot fowls, and line fowls that you have to consider. Lifts and carries are pretty much the same things, it is when you are attempting to set or pass the ball and you hold on to it, or it stays in your hands for to long. Then the ball is considered dead and given to the other team. Foot Fowls are when you are serving the ball and your feet go over the serving line before the ball leaves your hand. Line Fowls are when the ball hits on the outside of the court on a serve or when the ball is hit over the net to the oposing team. Teh ball is then considered dead.
