Some do, but most do not. While a cup is certainly a prudent precaution for professional players, the chances of getting kicked in the gonads are rare, and even so, would carry a severe penalty. Many soccer players do not wear a cup for the same reason that some police officers choose not to wear a bulletproof vest - comfort, flexibility, and mobility are all restricted.

I think that most Basketball players just wear a regular kind of a jockstrap without a cup. However, some high school basketball players wear a cup because they are concerned about getting hit in their sensitive area. When I played basketball in my teens, a couple of the guys on our team awlays wore a cup.

They should, and the catcher normally does. It's usually a safety rule for catchers in High School and College Sports.
I would think about 99% of them do, and the other 1% is really dumb.

Yes, definitely. lots of ice hockey goalies wear two cups. A regular cup jock and then a special goalie cup over top of that. Usually the size and speed of the puck or ball being shot at the net determines wether a goalie would need to wear a goalie cup. Lacrosse and ice hockey goalies wear cups but soccer goalies generally dont wear a cup

Both could wear jocks, however the cup is more complex: Bull Riders: No. The cup would not help, and due to the angle that the bull would hit the cup, it could be more painful. Rodeo Clowns: Yes, many to wear cups. Bull riders would only get hurt in their sensitive area after they are thrown from the bull and if one of the bull's hoofs would come right down on their sensitive area. This is very unlikely. However, it is probably something that bull riders fear a lot.
