Yes he did. Jerry West won an NBA championship in 1972 with the Los Angeles Lakers. The Lakers defeated the New York Knickerbockers 4 games to 1 in the 1972 NBA finals.

He helped lead his team during the 1971-72 season, with 25.8 PPG, 9.7 APG and 4.2 RPG.

West finally won an NBA championship in 1972, after losing in the NBA finals 7 times previous to 1972 (and once the following year).
