Yes you definitely can! I was a back spot and almost lost a tooth because a flyer's elbow hit me in the mouth. So yes. If you are a base or back spot especially i would actually recommend it. (PS no it isnt normal but losing teeth in cheer is so maybe it should become normal haha) I didn't wear it during competitions though, only at practice. Good luck!

I would recommend asking your dentist. My first reaction would be yes, but I could be wrong. The mouthpiece shouldn't interfere with your braces at all.

yes you can if you wear the shock doctor braces kind. I've never tried it with a regular mouthgard though
