You can, but it's uncommon.
There are no rules against the number of sweepers who can sweep a rock at any given time, so in some cases when a rock really needs sweeping it's possible that all four players on the team will be sweeping it. There are a couple of reasons why it's not entirely practical, though. It's hard to maneuver all of those brooms and bodies in front of a rock while staying close enough for the sweeping to be effective, and the shooter's job is really to keep a close view from behind of the shot's line and weight in order to call the sweepers on or off.
