Yes as long as you don't touch the net.

If a ball starts to roll down the net, get low and wait for it below the net. Then, pop it up in the direction of your teammates so they can put it over.

It depends. If the birdie hits the net and then falls over DURING PLAY, then you do not receive that point. If the birdie hits the net and then falls into play WHILE SERVING, then it is a reserve.

yes you can play the ball off the net as long as its not going to be the 4th hit but if it is then play till the whistle blows
