Yes, according to FIFA Laws of the Game. This rule varies in Indoor and Youth Soccer. Statistically, it's not likely, though plausable. It really depends on the soccer leagues rules. I play soccer and I have punted the ball and scored once. But I have been playing soccer for 13 years. But it has only happend once for me so it is hard. And unpredictable.

Note:

The keeper (or anyone else) can not execute a goal kick and directly score a point against his own team. An odd but important (and testable) fact concerning the rules.
