∙ 15y agoNetball keeps you fit as you have to continuously follow the ball and if your a defence you have to keep track of your attacker and if you are an attacker you have to try to lose your defence. So netball is a great way to get fit.

Thats only if you commit to playing. You can't just play netball for two games and think that make you fit, because it wont.
Netball is a great way to get fit because you run around which helps improve your fitness.
Netball is one of the great sports to get fit just like Rugby,soccer,netball,hokey,Basketball and so much more.

netball space is space where no one is, If you can't get in front of your partner you go to space where no one else is.
Netball helps improve fitness and helps your teamswork skills. It improves ur cardio vasucalar system and can improve your v02 max,balance,agility,strength etc...

there is not any forces whilst playing netball, it is a game for girls...
When you are playing netball you could double make on the center pass.
It depends if you are playing proper netball or nettaball (younger players netball). In netball it is offside.
