2013: No, the Edmonton Oilers did not make the playoffs.
Chicago
No, they will be lucky if they make the playoffs.
Don't know when this question was posted but obviously they did not!!
It is a 65 % chance they will make it and 35% chance they won't make they playoffs. If they beat Atlanta Hawks Detroit Pistons,New York Knicks and Chicago Bulls then they are in the playoffs but if they don't beat 2 teams out of 4 then they won't make it to the playoffs.
This should be an excellent series as the teams were the top two in the NHL's Western conference and had almost identical records. San Jose beat out Chicago on the final day of the regular season for first place in the conference. During the season, when these teams played each other, Chicago had a 3 wins to 1 advantage. In the 2009 playoffs, Chicago made it to the conference finals, losing to the Detroit Red Wings, the team San Jose just beat to advance to this series. The oddsmakers in Las Vegas have these teams almost dead even, but have the San Jose Sharks as a very slight favorite. To pick one of these teams over another is simply a guess at this point, but I'll go with the Chicago Blackhawks winning 4 games to 2.
Its 2009 and the sharks are off to a good start. Now after about 60 games they look like they could win the Stanley cup without them. GO SHARKS!!!!!!!!!!!
Lightning is the bomb, They will crush the Black hawks and they will die for all. The black hawks suck really badly and I think the lightning should deserve to win the Stanley Cup. Gook luck lightning and try to win the black hawks for all. They suck ass you know that so all I have to say is Good luck!!!!!!!
