Why is Baseball interesting?Baseball is interesting because, as a sport, it is quite unique. It's the only American sport that would appear backwards in a mirror and also the only American sport in which the team on defense is the team that has control of the ball. Also, it does not use a clock to determine when the game is over, as nearly any other sport does.

More importantly though, it is a game of skill, precision, and technique. The greatest athlete in the world can walk on to a Basketball court or a football field with absolutely no experience and still perform well. But that same athlete is still going to have quite a learning curve when it comes to learning how to hit a curve ball.

I love baseball for its details and intricasies. It may not seem the case, but at any given instant, there is so many subtle things going on in a baseball game. Realizing all of these hard-to-notice instances is very exciting.

The second I hear some complain that baseball is boring, I KNOW without doubt that they just don't understand the game on a deep enough level to truly apreciate it.

And there you have it. Baseball, in my opinion is the most "interesting" game in the world.
