Its the USA. When the game of Rugby was in the games the US won the match. It was to be the last time that the game of rugby would be played in the Olympics as it was felt the "recovery" time between matches for players was to short and injured players were having to take part putting themselves at risk

The most recent Olympics where Rugby was included in the competitions was the 1924 Paris Games.

Rugby union was a Men's medal sport at the modern Summer Olympic Games, at four of the first seven competitions. The sport was first included at the 1900 Paris games. It was subsequently featured at the London games in 1908, the Antwerp games in 1920 and the Paris games in 1924. After the 1924 games, it was dropped from the competition. In October 2009 the IOC voted at its session in Copenhagen to include sevens in the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
