What are the most dangerious sports in the world?

In my opinion, football and stock car racing are the two most dangerous sports. I do not know all the sports in the world however, of all the sports I know of most people get hurt in football or racing. In both College Football and professional football, you always hear of injurys. Torn ACLs, broken legs, sprained ankle, concussions, etc. One college team this past year barely had enough players to play a game early in the season due to vast injuries and a list of players who could not participate because of their academics. However, you also have to take into consideration people are being thrown to the ground and tackled in the game. Football is a contact sport so injuries are expected. Auto racing has been an American pastime for years and has claimed several lives. The most memorable of which is Dale Earnhardt Sr. when he wrecked his car a couple of years back. This was a tragic loss to the sport; the Intimidator would never set foot on the track again although his son, Earnhardt Jr., carries on his memory with pride. Since then, several changes have been made to the safety precautions taken in this sport such as better restraints and shock absorbing helmets. Few injuries or fatalities have occured since then. In reality, all sports are safe as long as you follow the rules and do not do anything stupid. Go out on the field, court, or track and give it your all and everything should turn out fine!
