What are the fouls in kho-kho?

• action of touching chaser by hand after uttering the word 'Kho'. Uttering any other word than 'Kho'.
• Turning of shoulder line more than a right angle to the direction an attacker is going.
• Attacker recedes. Receding is decided on the rear foot.
• An attacker gives 'Kho' by touching the extended arm or leg of a chaser.
• An attacker touches Central Lane.
• An attacker starts chase with foot outside the Cross Lane on one side but chases further on the other side.
• Shoulder line of an attacker indicates a direction but is changed later on.
• Ground of the Central Lane or other half is touched by any part of the body of an attacker.
• Changing the face of the Square or leaving it without getting a 'Kho' by chaser.
• Defender of a new batch is pursued before a perfect kho is given.
• If chaser loses contact of a cross lane in the process of giving Kho i.e. goes beyond Cross Lane.
• If an attacker touches the chaser seated on first cross lane from post and chases thereafter without giving Kho.
