Hypohydration is better known as DEHYDRATION.. and means that you remove ater from an object. So basically starve the body of water which it it critical to have. There are a huge number of side affects along the lines of constipation, dieria,vomiting,dizzyness,fainting,mood swings an many more . It will onloy ever decrease your sporting performace.
When your in the stage of hypoglycemia in can affect you in a lot of ways in a sport. I'm Type 1 Diabetic so i know how these things happen. When your blood sugar is low you cant act to your potential. When your low you are stubborn, mean, jittery, shaky and just down right don't feel yourself. If you feel this during a sport or any situation have some sort of sugar. Whether it is Gatorade, juice, fruit or just something that has a lot of sugar.
