In MLB, that was Jim Gentile of the Baltimore Orioles on May 9, 1961 against the Minnesota Twins at Metropolitan Stadium in Bloomington.

He hit a grand slam in the 1st inning off of Pedro Ramos and a grand slam in the 2nd inning off of Paul Giel. He also had a sacrifice fly in the 8th inning and ended the game, won by the Orioles 13-5, with 9 RBIs.

Yes. It's even been done by a pitcher. On July 3, 1966, Tony Cloninger of the Atlanta Braves hit two grand slams and an RBI single in a 17-3 victory over the San Francisco Giants at Candlestick Park. Cloninger is one of 13 players who have accomplished the feat.

Fernando Tatis is the only player to hit two grand slams in the same inning. On April 23, 1999, the St. Louis Cardinals third baseman hit two bases-loaded home runs in the third inning off pitcher Chan Ho Park of the Los Angeles Dodgers at Dodgers Stadium. Tatis set a major-league record with eight runs batted in a single inning.

Fernando Tatis. He had 8 RBI's in that one inning also.

It happened on April 23, 1999. Tatis was on the St. Louis Cardinals at the time. Both homers were off pitcher Chan Ho Park.
