Bushing are usually the little white things iside of your trucks.... its your bushing that are being tightened when you tighten your trucks

Then finnaly put the bolts onto the srews so the trucks are sanwitched between the bolts and the deck and your done. But make sur the bushings ae on the inside!!!!!!
