on the inside of your wheel there is a little nut screwed to the bolt on the trucks, use a wrench to tighten that
To tighten a bicycle chain effectively, first, loosen the rear wheel nuts. Then, adjust the tension of the chain by moving the rear wheel backward. Make sure the chain is not too tight or too loose. Finally, tighten the rear wheel nuts securely.

No way. Its impossible
ighten the lock nut at the center of the hub.
The skateboard have wheel & axle and screw, the wheel is obvious the wheel and the axle is the truck and i think the screw is the hardware.
I am not sure this is the trouble, if you remove the cover on the steering wheel there will be a large nut if this nut is tight the splines on the wheel could be bad, might be looking at replacing the column, or the steering wheel. I the nut is loose simple tighten and replace cover.
the circumference of the wheel
the best skateboard supplier is a tight race between on deck and west49
If you do that the trucks wont turn, wheels wont rotate, and the board will get stress fractions from the nuts being to tight so you probably wont be going anywhere
bum
Yes because on the bottom of the skateboard the wheel would be the wheel and the cylindrical metal part next to the wheel is the axle.
It's 'tighten'
