How do you create a skate park on skate 3?

When you bought the game, it should have come with a small leaflet in the box. (Like every single xbox game does, like a sort of guide) On the back of this guide, there's a code.. Enter in when it asks you to purchase a pack which allows you to download parks in the skate.create - skate.parks - communal parks section.

You go into skate. park mode and hold in LB and by pressing B you can add and remove objects.

You can't. It is only available on the PS3 or X-Box 360.
