Years ago, skate-teams used to wear their teams t-shirts at comps. Nowadays it doesn't matter what you wear. If you are sponsored by a company, then they will want you to wear their products (that's why you're sponsored by them after-all) but in general, no there is no dress code, jus wear what you're comfortable wearing. People will be interested in your skate not what you're wearing.

Yes, if you get noticed by skate companies on contests and such, they can sponsor you. That basically means you are a pro skateboarder since you're being paid for skateboarding.
you dont have to go to school to be a pro skateboarder you have to get good video footage and send it to sponsors so they can judge if your good enough
