It is definitly an exercise, for your abs and your feet muscles. Sincerely, Sasha Cohen
A treadmill will help you improve your cardiovascular fitness and your general muscular tone, but is not designed to help you specifically with your abs.
do lots of leg lifts! this will help build lower abs. also knee ups will help
Beating your abs does not help develop them. It is also quite dangerous and can cause injury to your body.
Skating is much like running in that it is an aerobic activity that uses the legs. Skating will strengthen your quads, hamstrings and calves, as well as help you lose weight and keep a healthy body.
You use mostly your leg muscles and your abs. It all depends on what trick your doing.
because it is awsome
any exersize will do the trick but it's not ideal for abs
Abs are there to support your body. They also help you breath. Your abs are the most important muscles on your body. With out them you would not be able to walk sit or stand.
Crunches will help you to get abs however, you will not be able to see them without losing weight. If you have a layer of fat over your abs, no amount of crunches will give you the abs that you are looking for.
The sport that will help improve figure skating is ballet and yoga. These two sports help improve flexabilitly and balance which are both needed to be a good figure skater. :)
