ballet is way better way more skilled and advanced than karate if you are doing karate and not ballet then you are a full moron you have to be way more skilled to do ballet then you have to do to do karate and karate is just kicking radomly and punching radomly ballet is way more organized than that
ballet wasn't used for a purpose it was used as a way to entertain and a way of becoming a stronger dancer today nearly all acpescts of dance revolve around ballet
To answer your question, (It is very good by the way) The future of ballet is all in the hands if small dancers, persuing there dream for their love of dance. Ballet is something that helped me get through a clutzy stage, and I belive provides all dancers with self confidence and a chance to feel elegant and beautiful. The future of ballet is going to simply be like it is now, except with more disipline, and new dancers for each generation of poised dancers to look up to. Hope this helped!
Ballet represents the beauty and artistic values of mutliple centuries. Originating in France, ballet started out as a way to show off wealth, but has originated into a way to tell a story, or just tell an intricate tale of movement.
The difference between classical ballet and romantic ballet is that romantic ballet was created in the 19th century, whereas Classical ballet was created in the 17th century. In the 18th century, women played secondary roles as dancers. They wore corsets, wigs, high heels, and hoops. Also, the difference was the music and the way they danced. In classical there were less men than in romantic ballet. Romantic= Interests in men, nature, higher powers, past, and other places. Free expressive and emotional. Classical= All the opposite of romantic

It was originally designed, as all sports and most things back in the dark ages, for men only. But this is back when ballet wasn't really... "ballet." Ballet like it is now. Evolution is a natural process for anything. But ballet was originally ballroom dancing in big, heavy, clunky costumes. The shoes had heels and they were like work-boots. Over time, ballet became lighter, most graceful. Acrobatic. Gymnastic. And thus it became more of a sport for women. One that the women themselves would really be more equipped for, to excel at. It was for the boys... then it was ALL about the girls.But... the boys seem to be finding their way back in.
Ballet is classic! Its a beautiful dance that is timeless, ballet is a type of dance that has basic proper moves but those moves can be used in a more modern way. Ballet styles change with the period.
