Any dog can jump higher than a building; a typical building can't jump. Just count how high the base went from the ground. A dog would jump about a foot high while a building will just stand still.
A star. My kids told me the answer.
i assume you are meaning the second stage (step/skip) that you mean rather than the second attempt of the triple jump. when i was training for the triple jump i used to do it over low hurdles (about 50-60cm high) which helped me get height since if i didnt i would just hit the hurdles at each stage. another method was to hold yourself up with your arms so you can have both feet off the ground. i did this by putting a chair either side of me and lifting myself up. you can then slowly go through each phase of the triple jump which helps to find and remember the correct technique.
Yes, the panel house is better than the brick house. This is because the panel house is greener, cleaner, more energy efficient and environment friendly as compared to the brick house.

None. The tallest jump was 8ft, I believe. A house would have to be that many ft high for that, and the horse who jumped that is dead. His name was King's Own. His breed was unknown.
if the house is 10 feet (3 meters) long, then it can surely do!
no a serval can jump higher
no a puma can't jump higher than a serval
I don't know of any specific breed that can jump higher than a house. Thoroughbreds are good jumpers along with Warmbloods.
Anyone can jump higher than Mount Everest, as Mount Everest is a stationary physical landmark. A person jumping even just a few inches off the ground would technically be jumping higher than Mount Everest's peak elevation.
Elephants cannot jump, so, yes, a kangaroo, or any other animal, can jump higher than an elephant can.
