The difference can be the way you dance. Usually Ballet is about the technique more than anything else. Jazz is about the flow of movement to movement and how it all looks together. There are also diffrent because of there shoes. In ballet there are ballet shoes and ballet point shoes. In jazz there are jazz shoes. Ballet and Jazz both are great fun. I am in both. They both have the same diciplene which for any dancing of dance team has a lot of diciplene. Hope this helps you!
WOahhhh. There is a lot of difference. For one, ballet is more vigorous type of dance, said to be the hardest version of dancing to perfect. Jazz is usually up-beat as well ballet can be also but more graceful and flowing. There is more, why don't you go see a ballet and then a musical and try to see the diff. Well this is what i have to say im a jazz tap and ballet dancer i have done it sence i was 2 now im 11 so the difference is that ballet is nice swift and builds up your core. but jazz on the other hand
ones called jazz and ones called ballet

Not really- ballet is a type of dance, so if you were doing ballet you would be dancing, but if you were dancing you wouldn't neccessarily be doing ballet. For example, you could be doing tap, jazz or ballroom.

no... well..... there are jazz dancers and tap dancers but if you want to be good take ballet.
well ballet is more like more slower then jazz well, i dont know alot about ballet but i know about jazz i take jazz and you do more fast moves then ballet plus the musc is faster and the dance moves are quicker and less complicated.Ballet i tried it and it was hard for me because you should start off at a early age and they are very difficult moves while jazz anyone could learn easily.
It is a jazz dance :slower than hip hop but faster than ballet or lyrical with three people in it (trio)
