I can't be sure, since "basic knee bend" isn't very exact. But most any knee bend in Ballet can be referred to as a plie. (pronounced plee-ay)
A plie is an equal bend of both legs.
If you are standing on one leg (with the other leg off the ground), that leg is called your supporting leg because it is supporting you.
