I am very sorry to tell you this. but I have got to admit that that is...... a pretty stupid question. If you can do the over splits to all sides you don't quite have to stretch anymore. Just keep on stretchin your oversplits and try and find a way to make stretches that you did before actually stretch you. Also, if you you have a "weak" flexibility point, just stretch that. Now if its just weaker but still pretty flexible, I already answered your question. Maybe that answer was a bit harsh. Well I'm sorry if it hurt your feelings.
When a ballet dancer stretches her arms, the moment of inertia (1) of the dancer about axis of rotation increased. Since, no external torque is applied, total angadat momentum Lilo constant) remains constant. Due to increase in La (angular velocity) decreases and the dancer comes to rest gradually. So, the ballet dancer stretches her arms when she wants to come to rest
They could be referred to as 'ballerinas', 'artists' or 'ballet dancers'.
unfortunately you can not learn ballet online.ballet takes alot of technique and practice.you have to do stretches and have someone who has been doing ballet for a long time tell you and guide you through the steps.i go to a creative arts skool and we do ballet.it isn't easy.theres warm up,bar, floor stretch, and combination..theres no way you can learn ballet online and actually master it.
A barre is a long wooden handle attached to a wall. Dancers use it for balance while warming up and doing stretches at the beginning of ballet class.
By doing very hard stretches and those hard dance moves that they position themselves in ( splits, backbends, etc.)
ballet did not start in a certain state or time. It was already a form of dance before someone just decided to call it ballet. Dance has always been here, even before it was called dance.

Ballet hand down. In cheerleading, splits are pretty much the only thing needed for toe touches and maybe some tumbling. In ballet, however, we need splits, straddles, oversplits, and so much more. We are always using our flexibility is jumps, turns, partnering, balances, etc etc. I only know one cheerleader who can do a split and it isn't even a good split. Ballerinas sleep in splits.

It probably would because ballet class usually starts with stretches at the barre. It will improve muscle strenght because ballet may look effortless but it is really a lot of muscular work for the ballerina.

Ballet dancers use the barre for many things. Some of these things change as the dancer's level increases. But generally, the barre is used as a helper with balance and position. We also use it when we do certain stretches and to help with alignment.
You learn it by your self or with someone then you teach it.
With one foot behind the other and reaching for your front foot is a good one. there is also the splits BUT DON'T DO IT 'TILL YOUR WARM!!!
