Well... I belive it's the name of a specific Ballet in Sleeping Beauty Act III where the Puss-in-Boots & the White Cat are dancing for Aurora who after 100 years just woke up ! You may ask why are those characters in that ballet if they are different tales, well, the author of Sleeping Beauty Charles Perrault is the same Author as the Puss-in-Boots, the White Cat, Little Red Riding Hood, Princess Fiorina and Blue Bird ; therefore, since they are a lot of his characters greeting princess Aurora well it's call Caractere Pas. I belive it would be traslated as the Dance of Characters.
