I totally understand where you are coming from. You have the right idea. Keep spotting and holding your body up but also remember this
Your preparation should be strong so it will push you around. Keep your shoulders down. It is VERY important to squeeze your stomach tight so your core can support the rest of you. Posture, posture, posture! And what will help you the most is too keep pushing you leg in passe back (not with your hands of coarse).

Hell yes ballet dancers are stronger. Footbal players are all meat and muscle that isnt true. Ballet dancers also can go on pointe it takes extreme muscle time and effort to do that. Anyone can doggie pile like an idiot but can anyone do a double pirouette on pointe? The answer is no.
Easy question... Anyone can dance, if you start ballet before the age of four and have lessons at least 4 times a week, by the time your 12 you should be completing 90 degrees plus arabesques and a single to double pirouette. However, if you are not that formal and struggle with the neatness, being told what to do and the emotional strength go for contemporary it is a lot less formal you can really let your self go. I really recommend you research into finding a dance that fits you.
it is double
The D means that move is a "Double-up" Move. According to the manual, these moves will "double up" the last part of the move. On a normal move, you would say, reach to the right, then left, then right, then left again. (in four beats) In a double up move, you would do something twice, on one side. So you would reach right, left, right, right, (in four beats). There aren't that many moves like this, and the D is there kinda as a reminder. You could also remember the D by linking it to the Dougie.
advantages of double-entry book-keeping system?
The phenomenon of the same stations getting picked up at two nearby points on the receiver dial is call double spotting. It is caused by inadequate image frequency rejection.
The same electronic signal tuned in at two different freq.
I am 13 and I've been dancing and cheerleading for about 2 years now. I recently just landed my double pirouette. It's all about technique. First you have to squeeze every muscle in your body, this keeps you tight and balanced. Then you must roll your shoulders back and act like their is a string attached to your head and it is pulling you up. As you turn, find a spot on the wall. ALWAYS have your eyes on that spot! Never let your eyes leave that spot. When you're spinning, whip your head around. This will help your body find the spot on the wall again and give it power to do the whole turn. Also make sure when you're about to do the double pirouette to get a deep enough bend in your knee to push off. Hope I helped.(:
