if your not flexible about 3 months

Some people may take 1 month and others may take 6 months, but if you regularly do certain exercises that help stretch your muscles, then you can do it! You will feel better even as you are making progress, so even if you don't completely get them, you will still be more limber and better off for having done the regular stretching exercises- Good luck with your splits.
