You start out with your hands out and your legs bent. Then as the flyer jumps into your hands, bounce and then raise her up and while doing so turn your wrists so your wrists face each other raise her above your head then back down to your chest (be sure that when you do this, it all flows together really smoothly). Also, try to keep your wrists together so the flyer has something to stand on. Be sure to keep your eyes on your flyer just in case she loses her balance (this happened to me once. i was zoned out for a split second and she somehow lost her balance and fell but it was a good thing she fell towards the other base and not me!!) You could try to ask others on your team to get some better advice and assistance. If you need anymore help, search for a how to video on YouTube. I explained it as well as I could... hope this helps!! (: good luck!! <33

There is no special training or minimum level of education required to get started as a stunt double. Most doubles learn while on the job.
Depends on what they do for the stunts.
A cheer dance competition is very similar to a regular dance competition, where dancers perform and are judged and awarded medals based on how well they did. Cheerleaders can participate in competitions like this too, where they are judged on their cheer routines and awarded medals.
It depends. I cheer on the west coast in california. My high school team in around $3,000. If you do high school cheer competition team it's $4,000 altogether. I also do an all-stars team, which is club cheer. The OC All-Stars costs $4,000. In our school, it costs 1200 (that's what i heard) and we have to do: cheer camp, uniforms, gym every week and stuff.... it's sad and i think it goes higher in high school (im in junior high)... (:... i was glad i didn't try out cuz of the cost and im a guy soo ya... freakin stereotypes... ): now im jealous all of my friends are in cheer... ):

You can google "Stunt Stepper." They are pretty expensive though, I've found it's much cheaper and just as effective to make your own. Most websites actually give you the dimensions.
