Ballet helps people to become more flexible as most people know, but what most people don't know it helps with strength and agility too. It actually takes alot of strength for a ballerina to hold herself up and do many things, you need strong ankles, a tough core, muscular legs, etc. Ballerinas have to extend for alot of things like devellope and arabesques and fondus which is where flexibilty comes in hands and have you ever seen how a ballerina does little jumps and leaps and can move very quickly? That's where agility comes in! So conclusivley ballet helps the physical parts of people, but it also helps people to just feel graceful and beautiful. Ballet is an art form that people would be very lucky to learn.

There's no fun in playing it safe. Why not try something a little unhinged?
