im a ballet dancer in school so.... when your sittingat a desk, lift your feet up (turned out) a couple times... you can always try to sit up straight... you can walk turned out... when raising your hand you can bring it up gracefully...

It probably would because ballet class usually starts with stretches at the barre. It will improve muscle strenght because ballet may look effortless but it is really a lot of muscular work for the ballerina.
