there, it is all based on personal preference. Which ever sport you like playing and is called a sport would be good for you. There are also many ways you can tell a sports right for you. It could be because you have played it before and you really liked it or a coach, gym teacher, or anybody in that sort told the sport would be good for you phisically and mentally.

I have done 100m sprint since i was 10 and im 14 now and i dont think it suits me. Im abut 10stone and 5'8 im kindve flexible and fastish :) i really want t be amazing at just one thing!
