And the time would be hugely dependent on the fitness level of the runner. Somewhere between 20-40 minutes for someone who do manages to run/jog the whole stage.

I am 13 years old and I run 10km in 43minutes. All you need to do is run everyday. Don't over do it though, otherwise you could get very badly injured. Soon you will get into a pattern so that you can run without thinking. I hope this has helped you. :)
