Some of the benefits of physical activity are: staying fit, it makes you feel better, it gives you boosts of energy(by reducing fatigue up to 65%), prevents potential health problems,better sleep,sometimes a slightly improved appetite,some more strength(mainly cardiovascular pending on type of activity),coordination,scientifically proved that it betters mood,living longer,more confidence,clearer mind and many others those are just off the top of my head.
