generally nock an arrow on the string around 3/16" above centre and see how it flies adjust accordingly
It is the nock
i believe it's called the "nock".
A nock sensor is designed to detect the position and timing of the nock during a bow's shot cycle, helping to optimize arrow flight and improve accuracy. However, if not calibrated properly or if there are mechanical issues with the bow, it could potentially cause or contribute to motor nock, which refers to the misalignment or incorrect positioning of the nock in relation to the bowstring. Proper installation and maintenance of the nock sensor are essential to prevent such issues.
You can measure how many pounds it takes to draw the bow by putting a scale on the string at the nock point.

Wrap is to rap as knock is to nock. Nock is a word describing making small marks on a surface, or the act of setting an arrow on the string of a bow.
The word is nock. The nock (noun) is the notch in the end of an arrow. To nock (verb) means to place an arrow on the bowstringinpreparation for shooting.
The top of a bow arrow is called the "nock." The nock is a small notch or groove that fits onto the bowstring, allowing the arrow to be securely held in place before being drawn and released. It also helps ensure proper alignment and consistent release during shooting.
The cock feather should be pointing to the right. The arrowhead should be pointing downward. Be sure when you nock your arrows to never point the bow and arrow at any person. Keeping the arrow pointed away from people will minimize the risk of unintentional injury.
The point on the string where the arrow knock (or nock) comes into contact with the string is called the "Knock Point" or "Nock Point" Nice site for archery terms... http://www.archers-friend.com/archery-terms.html
First off, in case people do not know, the arrow has two ends. One is the tip with the actual impact point, and the other is the end with the vanes "feathers". On the end with the vanes there is a notched piece called a nock. The nock is what clips onto the bow string. Now, the brass ring is used as a mark to seat your arrow at. When nocking your arrow, that is putting it on the string, you slide the nock of the arrow up to where it is touching the brass ring. The nock would sit under the ring, in essence giving you the same nocking point every time which allows for more consistent shot placement.
