Just loosen the limb bolts. Up to 10 turns back from full stop on their new models. Make sure you have the 2012 or newer before turning it back that far though :)

it has a weight lock on it to adjust the poundage you must unscrew the lock then tighten with the desired alan wrench
A cold tea bag is said to help soothe the pain and the tannin in the tea will help draw out the stinger. You will need to pull out the stinger if possible.
30" is not a draw weight, it is a draw length. It is the length of the draw from the bow to the string when the bow is drawn.

Use a straight edge like a credit card to scrape the bee stinger out of the skin. Do not use tweezers or pinch the stinger, as this can release more venom into the skin. Wash the area with soap and water and apply a cold compress to reduce swelling.
