This is extremely unlikely in the US. Archery is not an NCAA sport, and is governed by USCA(US Collegiate Archery). Few, if any, schools make any money fielding competitive archers, as the possibilities for revenue are basically zero. In the US, to make a living as an archer, you basically have to shoot at an international level. Otherwise, it is hard to make archery your only source of income. Schools are unlikely to offer such a scholarship because most scholarships are given in sports where the school is competitive, or otherwise has potential for making money to support their programs.
