The Olympic games is an sports event held every four years that have the participation of nearly every recognized country of the world. There are two versions of these games, the summer games and the winter games. In the last 20 years there had been held eleven events. There were winter games in Lillehammer, Norway in the year 1994; summer games in the Atlanta, USA in 1996; winter games in Nagano, Japan, in 1998; summer games in Sydney, Australia, in the year 2000; winter games in Salt Lake City, USA, in 2002; summer games in Athens, Greece, in 2004; winter games in Turin, Italy, in 2006; summer games in Beijing, China, in 2008; winter games in Vancouver, Canada, in 2010; summer games in London, England, in 2012; and winter games in Sochi, Russia, in 2014.
