In a girls physical it is mainly your sight and hearing test, weigt height. Some times they will take a blood and or urine sample. They also administer and vacinations if needed and they review your medical history. As far as getting your genitalia examed for girls it is uneeded due to the fact that they are on the inside of the female body, unlike boys who have a risk of damaging them.

Talk about not drinking or doing drugs
Will have you take your pants off and your boxers then they will grab your penis and balls and have you cough to make sure you don't have cancer (it may sound odd but it is important) and your mom or dad is usually asked to stay in the room

When I was at my sports physical: They weighed me, checked my height, checked my blood pressure, asked some health questions, checked my ears and nose, did a hearing and sight test, checked my tonsils, squished my stomach, and got shots.
when you get your physical, its nothing to be scared about at all. you just sit down, and your Doctor pretty much asks you some questions, then fills out this paper, gives it to you, and BOOM, you all done. EASY
In my physical the doctor had me take off my clothes (you are alone in the room) and put on a long dress with no zipper in the back so it showed the backside. After I had it on, the doctor checked all the basic stuff(ears eyes mouth ect). They had me lay on a table and open up my legs. Let me remind you that it was a dress with no underwear. The doctor felt around my private (that is the worst part). Then she felt my chest area and that was it.
When a girl gets a physical they usually ask you questions about your health, look in your throat and ears, and then make you pee in a cup.
Most doctors check your private areas and ask personal questions that correspond to your health and possibly monthly cycle.
