The inner yellow is a ten, the outer yellow is nine, the inner red is eight, the outer red is seven, and so on. I you iant to get really technical, than inside of the yellow, the very middle ring would be thought of as a x, they are used if there is a tie. If so, thank the judges would count how many x each person had. Hope I helped!
