the good things are that you can be a better shooter in the long run and you have a longer time to hunt deer. the bad things are it takes time and practice to be good. but it is the most chalenging way to hunt so if you like a chalenge hunt with a bow.

Your arm muscles will primarily develop, along with your back and pectorals. Archery also impreoves focus and confidence. Archery May not be a cardiovascular sport, but it definitely as physical benefits. Think about it, your pulling back up to 60 pounds of weight. And you can do that up to 100 times in a tournament. So your physical strength and endurance will improve over time.

Not quite as accurate as a rifle, nor as easy to shoot.

However, rumors say an arrow can pierce bulletproof glass.

Assuming you are using the bow for hunting, not war, both are good.

Bow hunting requires more skill.

It makes you feel like you are in Skyrim, hunting with your fellow hunts or shooting bandits while they aren't looking. What a wonderful game.
