How do you think the Indian cricket team can become better?

First of all the team selectors keep on selecting the old players. For ex:- They are keeping Yuvraj Singh who is not playing well at all from last 6-8 months. There are young talents in India but they do not include them in the team. For example:- Robin Utthapa who had performed so well in the Indian Premier League. Sachin Tendulkar is not ready to play any matches except big tournaments like icc cricket world cup, Indian premier league, champions league etc which shows the master blaster is quite selfish. The biggest mitake is that our selectors frequently sack captains just for loss of one series or tournament. They quickly forget the favour that was done by the captain in the earlier games. This used to happen with Sourav Ganguly who was a very good captain and it is now happening with MS Dhoni. So, the main problem for the Indian team is the selectors which select the players.

By not giving so much importance to cricket only. All the games and sportstars should be given equal importance. More games centers espicially in smal towns should be opened with having an affordable entry fees. This would give the country more sportstars. Al sportstars either it is of cricket or kabbaddi must be given same kind of facilities.
