No you cant unlock new boots for created players in fifa 09 ps2 because the producers created this game so that real life players are the only ones that are accepted to wear lisences boots for example ......(Cristiano ronaldo,ronaldinho,messi,drogba,Rooney..etc.) so they assined ea sports boots to youre created players..., and also a reason is that if they upgrade fifa 09 so that youre created player could have lisences boots then the game would stick alot... so i would consider to edit a player that looks just like u that has on a lisences like a (nike or Adidas or puma) an change his name to yours or buy (pro evolution soccer) where theres a list of lisences boots for youre created player,,,,,or jus buy an (xbox or a ps3) where as youre created player would get high def lisences shoes which would look great on youre created player feet...
